I can't thank the team at Webster's enough for helping us to move my parents from Pembrokeshire up to us in Shrewsbury, England. From first meeting Melanie when she came to give us a quote; Andrew, Chris and Levi very efficiently helping us pack - through to saying good bye to Andrew and Chris when everything had been off loaded into the new property - every step, the team were professional, efficient, kind and thoughtful. I would absolutely recommend them - they were brilliant.

We'd just like to say that Mr Webster, Ashley and Will did a five star job, we could not have been more pleased, their attitude and patience was first rate. We would recommend Websters to anyone who is on the move.

I can't praise Websters highly enough. They moved us from Hertfordshire to Pembrokeshire without a hitch - in fact they made the process of moving enjoyable for us, at least the loading part! We had a large number of garden pots, bags and small items which meant numerous trips for them to and from the house (via steps and an awkward walk due to a car parked outside) but they were nothing but cheerful, friendly and professional. The price also compared extremely favourably to Hertfordshire removal companies for a first class service. I would not hesitate to use Websters again and have already recommended them to my parents who are planning to move shortly.

Excellent removal company so glad we choose them. Throughout the move Andrew and his team were hard working, calm, courteous and made the process stress free-they just got on and did the job. The removal of the furniture was a particular challenge as it had to be double moved due to location but there was no complaints just a positive attitude, nothing was too much trouble. All furniture and accessories were carefully handled and arrived damage free and everything was put where requested. These boys are the best in the business, they offer a first class service and go above and beyond the normal movers out there, they are polite very very hard working and I can say if your your looking at moving and do get a lower price think before you go elsewhere we've had a few and I'm glad I paid the little extra cost this time as it makes a hell of a difference, you get what you pay for and these are the best by far, the boss should be proud of his workers and the way they make his business the success it is, just dont bother with anyone else these are the ones the best in the business you will not be disappointed.

We've moved with Websters twice now, as well as using them for another small job, and wouldn't consider using anyone else. In contrast to other removal firms we've used before, Andrew and the team are punctual, efficient, clean, polite and excellent value for money. Despite little challenges like near-vertical driveways and scorching temperatures, they've always done the job with smiles on their faces and helped make our moves relatively stress free. Websters were recommended to us by a couple of contacts in Pembroke and on receipt of your most reasonable quotation, we decided to book the above move with you. It took place on Wednesday and Thursday with Andrew, John Paul and Ash at Pembroke and with John Paul and Ash in Suffolk. We would like you to know that not only were all your staff thoroughly professional but also most pleasant. We were actually quite sorry to see them go! The move was of my husband’s late mother’s effects and, as such, was a somewhat difficult time for us both. Your staff made the whole operation much less stressful than it might otherwise have been. Customers are always quick to complain and we know that it is nice, occasionally, to receive positive feedback! We have already told a couple of contacts in Pembroke of our satisfaction with Websters and will not hesitate to recommend you in the event that the opportunity should arise.

Just a quick note to express My and Nicola’s thanks and appreciation for the move on the 14th, 15th and 16th. I can’t praise you men enough, they are a credit to your company, always smiling never a crossed word when we asked for anything to be done, they worked solid for three days, and carried out the move with great care, over the two lorries not one thing was broken scratched or misplaced. I can’t recommend you enough, did have a slightly cheaper quote, but your original visit to give the quoted gave me great confidence, and they guys who moved us certainly confirmed your expertise.
